Patient Centered Approach, Leadership, and Staff Development: IRONFIST HOLDING, LLC effectively tracks staff engagement, opportunities for staff development and effectiveness related to delivery of services through production and distribution of both staff and consumer surveys (monthly). These results are produced through a Software-Assisted System and subsequent interviews are conducted by trained providers directly (while consumers are in treatment) or via text message directing consumers to pertinent questionnaires.
IRONFIST HOLDING, LLC shall perform consultant services for 501 (c)(3) Substance Use Disorder Treatment Providers engaged in Detoxification, Residential, Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization and Sober Living services. Consulting Services are also available for County of Los Angeles Housing and Development agencies that focus on providing affordable housing for low-income residents. Substance Use Disorder Treatment Providers that accept private pay / private insurance consumers and those receiving specific grants towards seeking safe and stable living environments for TAY population are also eligible for direct consulting services.
